Pre-sales is all about diving technical proposal to the client. The phase is all about explicatory product details or service terms and explaining the benefits they will offer. You may even be required to carry out practical demonstration of the applications or tools that you’re selling.
Sales stage involves negotiations about pricing and other contractual provisions for example installation, warranties, etc. Once a sale was final, the I.T. sales expert will provide user guidance and training, technical support, system maintenance, repairs and product replacements in agreement with granted warranties.
Additional activities comprise the preparation and regeneration of service agreements, administering system & hardware updates, & advising clients on new and active enterprise solutions.
